"Standing Behind Those Who Stand for Us"

"Mohave County First Responders' Foundation provides financial aid to injured first responders when they need it most"

Volunteers Needed

Time matters when families face unexpected medical emergencies and lost income. That's why we've committed to providing financial support within 48 hours of learning about a first responder's need. This isn't just a goal - it's our promise to the brave men and women who respond without hesitation when our community calls.

Our Mission

To provide financial aid to our Mohave County First Responders injured in the line of duty.

About Our Foundation

Mohave County First Responders' Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit established in 2021 to support both paid and volunteer first responders in Mohave County who are injured in the line of duty.

Our foundation provides financial assistance within 48 hours of learning about the need, ensuring families receive immediate support during critical times.

MCFRF operates with an all-volunteer board of local residents and is fully funded through private donations and charity events held in Mohave County. This ensures donations directly support first responder families with minimal administrative costs.

Scholarship Program

MCFRF invests in the future of emergency services by offering scholarships to eligible students pursuing first responder careers. Through our partnership with Mohave Community College, we identify exceptional students who need financial assistance to complete their training and join the ranks of those who serve our community.

Students are nominated by MCC faculty across all Mohave County locations based on academic excellence and financial need. The board reviews each application through an expedited process, with scholarship recipients contributing volunteer time to the foundation and sharing their educational experiences with our community.

How to Apply for Scholarships

Students interested in MCFRF scholarships should speak with their professors at Mohave Community College, as all applications require faculty nomination and academic confirmation.
